If you as a member, wish to receive a complete copy of the minutes please send me an e-mail and in return I will send you an attachment by e-mail. I understand that everyone cannot attend our meetings but this way you can keep up with what our chapter is doing.
When you receive this, please give me an e-mail if you wish to be entered as a CHARTER MEMBER TO OUR NEW CHAPTER NAME from Battle Creek Chapter 110 to RONALD LEE (DOC) PAUL CHAPTER 110.
At our last meeting (February 2016) motion made and seconded to change the name of our chapter. This motion passed unanimous.
If you choose not to send by e-mail a return you can use the U.S. Post office. Upon receiving e-mail or letter/card I will place your name as a CHARTER MEMBER OF RONALD LEE (DOC) PAUL CHAPTER 110.
A little about (Doc) Paul. He passed away in October of 2015. He served in South Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman, attached to the USMC. He had the title of “Doc” which says a lot about who he was and what he did with the Marines. In Michigan we don’t have any chapter named after a Vietnam Veteran up to now. Please return my request as soon as possible. At our Spring Convention in Battle Creek, in May, it would be nice to announce this changing of the name of the chapter.
Thank You, William Roush, Adjutant
